FDA's Ban On Flavored E-Cigarette Not Stopping Teens From Vaping


the FDA's most recent ban on most

flavored East cigarettes is not stopping

teens from vaping a new report from the

New York Times says a loophole in the

policy is to blame fruit mint and

dessert flavors in refillable cartridges

based East cigarettes such as Joule are

now banned however menthol and tobacco

flavors are still allowed as well as

disposable devices now many teens are

apparently switching to the other

products the New York Times says thirty

senators have written to the FDA

criticizing the decision to allow the

disposables
